İsviçre Büyükelçiliği, 2024 yılı insan hakları alanındaki proje teklif çağrısını duyurmaktan memnuniyet duyar.
2024’te Büyükelçilik, Türkiye’deki insan haklarını ve sivil toplumu güçlendirmeyi amaçlayan birkaç küçük projeye destek verecektir. Büyükelçilik kendi ilkeleri doğrultusunda özellikle Kadın Hakları ve Toplumsal Cinsiyet Eşitliği, Çocuk Hakları ve Refahı, İfade Özgürlüğü ve Demokrasi, Dinler Arası veya Kültürlerarası Diyaloğun Geliştirilmesi gibi konularla ilgilenmektedir. Projeler uzun vadeli dönüşümü hedeflemelidir. Bu bağlamda, Türk toplumu hakkında derinlemesine bilgi sahibi yerel derneklere ve yerel STK’lara öncelik verilecektir. Büyük şehir merkezlerinden uzak veya kırsal alanlardaki projeler önceliklidir.
Göçmenlik ile ilgili tüm projeler (göçmenler ve mülteci hakları da dahil olmak üzere) bu çağrının kapsamı dışındadır ve değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
Projelerin Büyükelçilik tarafından finansmanı maksimum 150.000TL‘dir. Bu finansal destek ile hali hazırda devam eden bir etkinlik veya yeni bir proje finanse edilebilir; ancak tüm projenin en geç Kasım 2024’de bitmiş olması gerekmektedir.
Başvurular 31 Ocak 2024 Cuma günü saat 23:59’a (Türkiye saati) kadar ank.projectsankara@eda.admin.ch adresine 1 sayfa proje özeti ve ayrıca 1 sayfa bütçe teklifi şeklinde sunulmalıdır. Elçilik herhangi özel bir proje başvuru formu sunmamaktadır, başvuru sahipleri diledikleri şekilde 1 sayfalık proje özeti sunmakta özgürdürler. Ancak 1 sayfalık proje özeti aşağıdaki sorulara cevap vermelidir:
– Ne? (projenin teması, hangi faaliyetler yapılacak? ‘beklenen sonuçlar’)
– Neden? (hangi özel ihtiyaç ele alındı, ihtiyacın önemi, öngörülen sonuç)
– Kim? (projeyi uygulayan kurum, ortaklar ve yaralanıcı gruplar hakkında bilgi)
– Nerede ve ne zaman? (konum ve zaman çerçevesi)
– Ne kadar? (ihtiyaç duyulan miktar; projenin detaylı bütçesini belirten ek bir belgenin sunulması zorunludur)
Başvuru sahipleri ilave olarak gerekli gördükleri ek bilgileri sunabilirler. Ancak, bir sayfalık proje özeti ve bütçe teklifi başvurunun olmazsa olmaz parçalarıdır. Bir sayfalık proje özeti ve bütçe teklifinin sunulmaması, başvurunun geçersiz sayılmasına neden olacaktır. Proje konusu ve bütçe teklifi İngilizce, Türkçe, Fransızca, veya Almanca dillerden birinde sunulabilir.

The Embassy of Switzerland in Ankara is pleased to announce its call for project proposals for the year 2024 in the field of human rights.
In 2024, the Embassy will support a limited number of small projects with the aim to strengthen human rights and civil society in Türkiye. In accordance with the priorities of its engagement, the Embassy is particularly interested in projects in the field of Women’s Rights and Gender Equality, Children’s Rights and Wellbeing, Freedom of Expression and Democracy, Promotion of Inter-Religious or Inter-Cultural Dialogue. The projects should aim for a long-term transformative impact. Furthermore, priority will be given to local associations and local NGOs that possess in-depth knowledge of Turkish society. Implementation in remote or rural areas will be an asset.
All projects on migration (including migrant and refugee rights) are excluded from this call and will not be considered.
The Embassy’s funding for each project will amount to a maximum of 150.000TL. This financial support can fund an ongoing activity or a new one; however, the submitted project needs to be completed as a whole no later than November 2024.
All applicants shall submit their proposals to the address ank.projectsankara@eda.admin.ch by Wednesday, 31 January 2024 at 23:59 (Türkiye time), in the form of a one-pager description and a separate budget proposal. The Embassy does not provide a specific form, applicants are free to formulate their one-pager as they wish. However, the one-pager must answer the following five questions:
- What? (theme of the project, what action to be implemented?, “output”)
- Why? (specific need tackled, relevance, outcome expected)
- Who? (background on implementing organization, partners and recipient group)
- Where and when? (location, timeframe)
- How much? (amount needed; an additional document with a detailed budget of the project is mandatory)
Applicants may provide additional material as deemed necessary by them. However, the one-pager and the budget proposal are mandatory parts of the application. Failure to provide them will result in immediate exclusion from the call. The one-pager and the budget proposal may be submitted in English, Turkish, French, or German.
