| Mercy Without Limits announce a tender with a sealed envelope to sign long-term agreement LTA with a supplier to Implement the Cash Transfer Program using the e-vouchers modality through the MWL ERP system. This program involves Cash Voucher Assistance (CVA) for families and employees’ salaries in Syria till the end of 2025.
Note: this amount covers all months of the contracting period, the specific monthly amounts will be requested monthly.
The long-term agreement will be limited to a specific maximum amount and limited duration starting from the date of signature till 31 December 2025. supplier is obligated to conduct all the purchase orders will be issued under this agreement which includes the works details, the delivery places, and a schedule, and the supplier must complete the work within the required schedule .•The sealed offer must write on it the bidder’s name + company + contact information along with the allocated deposit of /5000/ USD and deliver it at the office of Mercy Without Borders at the address: Azaz – National Hospital Road – 20 meters after Al-Tair Roundabout on the left – Mercy Without Limits Organization Building The deadline for submission of tenders is 15:00 on 23-03-2025. تهدف مؤسسة رحمة بلا حدود إلى توقيع إتفاقية طويلة الأجل مع مورد لتقديم خدمة تنفيذ برنامج التحويلات النقدية باستخدام طريقة القسائم الإلكترونية من خلال نظام ERP التابع لـ MWL. يتضمن هذا البرنامج مساعدة القسائم النقدية (CVA) للأسر ورواتب الموظفين في سوريا حتى نهاية عام 2025
ملاحظة: يغطي هذا المبلغ جميع أشهر فترة التعاقد، وسيتم طلب المبالغ الشهرية المحددة شهريًا
ستكون الإتفاقية طويلة الأجل محددة بحد أعلى لقيمة التعاقد الإطاري ومحددة بمدة زمنية تبدأ من وقت التعاقد وحتى 31 كانون الأول 2025 ويلتزم المورد بتنفيذ جميع أوامر الشراء تحت هذه الإتفاقية والذي يتضمن الأعمال مع أماكنها وعلى المورد إنجاز الأعمال ضمن الجدول الزمني المطلوب
