Shelter Kit Supply Tender
SARD is seeking suppliers for provision of Shelter Kits which are to be distributed in the framework of supporting the emergency relief efforts, to the beneficiaries in Turkey.
SARD is looking for a supplier to provide of 400 Shelter Kits in total with the possibility that the SARD organization will require more or less quantity until the end of the project
SARD expects the goods to be delivered to the Adıyaman/ Gölbaşı – Besni Turkey.
The expected delivery dates and quantities (subject to change and agreed between parties) are as follows:

The Shelter Kit /box should contain items as describe below. SARD will order through individual Delivery Orders.
Tender Submission
- The deadline for submission of offers is Monday, Sep 30, 2024, at 17:00 Turkish time. Samples of the commodities have to be submitted to SARD office together with the completed tender book. Any offers submitted after the specified date and time will not be accepted.
- Suppliers must write the tender number and the name of the tender on the sealed envelope.
- Suppliers must deliver the Tender Book and all relevant documentation in a closed envelope that is signed on the seal to SARD Office located at VİRANŞEHİR MAH. 34318 SOK. NO:17 Şıh Mehmet Apt. Kat:1 D:1 MEZİTLİ MERSİN.
- Only signed, stamped and sealed bids will be considered.
- The offer must submit under two envelopes; Envelope 1: financial offer, and Envelop 2: technical offer (previous contracts, portfolio, recommendations letters … etc). Both envelopes should be sealed and stamped, otherwise the offer will be rejected.
- Samples must be submitted along with the tender book and labelled with supplier name and tender number. (Items 1 to 10 listed in the product specification table below can be submitted with a piece representing the requested product specifications rather than the full-size item.)
- SARD reserves the right to reject any or all bids which do not respect the tender conditions.

Barınma Kiti Tedarik İhalesi
SARD, Türkiye’deki yararlanıcılara acil yardım çabalarını destekleme kapsamında dağıtılacak Barınma Kitlerinin temini için tedarikçiler arıyor.
SARD, projenin sonuna kadar SARD kuruluşunun daha fazla veya daha az miktara ihtiyaç duyma olasılığı ile birlikte toplam 400 Barınma Kiti sağlamak için bir tedarikçi aramaktadır.
SARD, malların Adıyaman / Gölbaşı – Besni Türkiye’ye teslim edilmesini beklemektedir.
Beklenen teslimat tarihleri ve miktarları (değişebilir ve taraflar arasında kararlaştırılabilir) aşağıdaki gibidir:

Barınma Kiti/kutusu aşağıda açıklanan öğeleri içermelidir. SARD, bireysel Teslimat Siparişleri aracılığıyla sipariş verecektir.
İhale Başvurusu
- Tekliflerin sunulması için son tarih 30 Eylül 2024 Pazartesi günü Türkiye saati ile 17:00’dir. Malların numuneleri, doldurulmuş ihale defteri ile birlikte SARD ofisine teslim edilmelidir. Belirtilen tarih ve saatten sonra sunulan teklifler kabul edilmeyecektir.
2. Tedarikçiler kapalı zarfın üzerine ihale numarasını ve ihalenin adını yazmalıdır.
- Tedarikçiler, İhale Defterini ve tüm ilgili belgeleri mühürlü kapalı zarf içerisinde VİRANŞEHİR MAH. 34318 SOK. NO:17 Şıh Mehmet Apt. Kat:1 D:1 MEZİTLİ MERSİN adresindeki SARD Ofisine teslim etmelidir.
4. Sadece imzalanmış, damgalanmış ve mühürlenmiş teklifler dikkate alınacaktır.
- Teklif iki zarf altında sunulmalıdır; Zarf 1: mali teklif ve Zarf 2: teknik teklif (önceki sözleşmeler, portföy, tavsiye mektupları… vb.). Her iki zarf da mühürlü ve kaşeli olmalıdır, aksi takdirde teklif reddedilecektir.
6. Numuneler ihale defteri ile birlikte sunulmalı ve tedarikçi adı ve ihale numarası ile etiketlenmelidir. (Aşağıdaki ürün özellikleri tablosunda listelenen 1 ila 10 numaralı ürünler, tam boyutlu ürün yerine talep edilen ürün özelliklerini temsil eden bir parça ile sunulabilir.)
- SARD, ihale koşullarına uymayan tekliflerin herhangi birini veya tümünü reddetme hakkını saklı tutar.
