Description of the project:
As part of the “Bet on a women!” project we decided to meet the needs of young women from disadvantaged groups and conduct a multi-stage project educating both youth workers and young women at risk of exclusion due to geographical, economic, social problems, etc., and to increase our potential in activating young women to participate in the field of entrepreneurship, building leadership attitudes and organizing projects on this topic. The project is a partnership between non-governmental organizations from Poland, Spain, Portugal, and Turkey.
Main topics of the project:
-Motivating Young Women from disadvantaged backgrounds
Aims to provide participants with effective methods for motivating and activating women from small towns. Participants will learn about motivation, tools and methods to motivate young women.
Legal Knowledge for Women in Private and Professional Life
The goal of this training is to educate employees on providing accurate legal advice important for women. Participants will gain knowledge of legal aspects relevant to women in both their private and professional lives.
Building Confidence in Young Women
Focuses on teaching participants how to build confidence in young women. It emphasizes motivating them to take action, discovering their strengths and ambitions, and planning their professional future.
Entrepreneurship and Leadership Education Workshop aims to equip educators with the skills and knowledge to teach leadership and entrepreneurship. Participants will learn how to strengthen these competencies in their students and how to inspire a culture of innovation and leadership.
Participant’s profile:
-You are between 18 and 30 years old;
-You have the desire to develop yourself and gain knowledge in the field of young women from disadvantaged groups;
-You want to work on entrepreneurship, building leadership attitudes and organizing projects;
-You are curious about other cultures;
-You are involved in social and educational activities
-You are ready for intense days filled with activities from the morning to the night;
-You are motivated to participate in the project;
-You are willing to take part in the dissemination of the project results and promotional activities;
-You are open to working in an international team;
-You speak English, at least on a basic level, meaning;
-You can speak and write English freely.
The working language of the project is English.
