Contract Notice:
“Event Organisation, accommodation, travel arrangement, and logistics management services in Türkiye” IN THE CONTEXT OF VET4JOB-2 PROGRAMME
BACKGROUND
“Improving the Employment Prospects for the Syrian Refugees and Host Communities by Providing High-Quality VET and Apprenticeship in Türkiye Programme-Phase II”, “İMEP-2/VET4JOB II” for short (www.imep.org) is implemented by Expertise France (EF) and EDUSER since March 2024.
End beneficiaries of the Programme are the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) and Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK). The contracting authority of the programme is the Delegation of European Union to Türkiye.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Application is open to all real and legal persons operating in EU members states or Türkiye or consortia formed by these persons.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
The contract is for the “EVENT ORGANISATION, ACCOMMODATION, TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT, AND LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN TÜRKIYE” and comprised of 2 lots.
While it is not mandatory, tenderers are expected to apply for both lots. However, the evaluation of each lot will be conducted separately.
