and Shafak reserves the right to divide the contract between two or more suppliers.

Shafak will sign a two-year framework agreement with the winning supplier. Shafak is not obligated to order any of the aforementioned items unless it chooses to issue a purchase order.

Shafak reserves the right to review the agreed-upon prices with the contractor annually or when market conditions change significantly and Shafak deems a price review necessary.

The winning supplier may request a price review from Shafak six months after the agreement is signed if there has been a significant change in market conditions. Shafak reserves the right to accept or reject this request. No price adjustments will be accepted before six months from the agreement’s signing date.

Şafak, sözleşmeyi iki veya daha fazla tedarikçi arasında bölme hakkını saklı tutar.

Şafak, kazanan tedarikçi ile iki yıllık bir çerçeve sözleşmesi imzalayacaktır. Şafak, satın alma siparişi vermeyi tercih etmedikçe, yukarıda belirtilen kalemlerden herhangi birini sipariş etmekle yükümlü değildir.

Şafak, kararlaştırılan fiyatları yükleniciyle yıllık olarak veya piyasa koşullarında önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda ve Şafak fiyat incelemesinin gerekli olduğunu düşündüğünde gözden geçirme hakkını saklı tutar.

Kazanan tedarikçi, piyasa koşullarında önemli bir değişiklik olması durumunda, sözleşmenin imzalanmasından altı ay sonra Şafak’tan fiyat incelemesi talep edebilir. Şafak, bu talebi kabul etme veya reddetme hakkını saklı tutar. Sözleşmenin imzalanma tarihinden itibaren altı ay geçmeden hiçbir fiyat ayarlaması kabul edilmeyecektir.

By emailing the bid to the following e-mail: you shall email your offer to the email [email protected], and you shall send two separate emails, one for your technical offer and the other one for your financial offer, and you shall name the email with the type of offer (“Technical Offer” or “Financial Offer”), in the subject field, state the following:

a.      “26-004-0257 Initiate the framework agreement for rental trucks in Azaz”.

b.      Name of Company

c.       Type of the offer (“Technical Offer” or “Financial Offer”)

d.      Number of emails that are sent, e.g., 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3.

You have to send the tender files to the email mentioned above after filling in the required info, signing, and stamping them.

You shall not use an external link to submit your offers, such as an online drive; all tender documents shall be attached to your emails.

2.2  Only the offers submitted through the above mentioned secure email will be accepted.

2.3  All the tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications shall be signed and stamped. (sign and stamp each single page of tender),

2.4  Submitting any unclear or inconspicuous documents may lead to do not consider these documents or exclude them from any evaluation.

2.5  Any bids that contain any miscalculations, the unit price will be considered, any other significant calculation error for example but not limited; submitting the offer in currency other than the USD, or there is ambiguity will the procurement committee may decide be disqualified the bid is from the tender.

Tekliflerinizi göndermek için çevrimiçi sürücü gibi harici bir bağlantı kullanmayınız; tüm ihale belgeleri e-postalarınıza eklenmelidir.

2.2 Yalnızca yukarıda belirtilen güvenli e-posta aracılığıyla gönderilen teklifler kabul edilecektir.

2.3 Tüm ihale dokümanları, sipariş listeleri ve teknik şartnameler imzalanacak ve kaşelenecektir. (teklifin her bir sayfasını imzalayıp kaşeleyin),

2.4 Belirsiz veya göze çarpmayan herhangi bir belgenin sunulması, bu belgelerin dikkate alınmamasına veya değerlendirmeden çıkarılmasına neden olabilir.

2.5 Herhangi bir yanlış hesaplama içeren tekliflerde, birim fiyat dikkate alınacaktır, bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere, örneğin diğer önemli hesaplama hataları; teklifin ABD Doları dışında bir para birimi ile sunulması veya belirsizlik olması halinde ihale komisyonu teklifin ihale dışı bırakılmasına karar verebilir.
