TAKAFUL ALSHAM Organization (TAS) is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organization, working in the humanitarian field regardless of religion, ethnicity, or political view. TAKAFUL ALSHAM is committed to the core standards for humanitarian work for organizations (SPHRE). TAKAFUL ALSHAM contributes to the collective work of humanitarian response in Syria, by providing support to people affected by the conflict and reducing the burden on the shoulder of the hosting community through provisions of financial and in-kind support and laying the foundation for sustainable projects in order to increase the resilience of individuals of communities in the field of food security, non-food items and FSL, NFI, Education, Protection, WASH, Nutrition Early Recovery and Livelihoods in Both Camps and Off-Camps camps.
منظمة تكافل الشام (TAS) هي منظمة مستقلة غير حكومية وغير هادفة للربح ، تعمل في المجال الإنساني بغض النظر عن الدين أو العرق أو الرأي السياسي. تلتزم تكافل الشام بالمعايير الأساسية للعمل الإنساني للمنظمات (SPHRE). تساهم تكافل الشام في العمل الجماعي للاستجابة الإنسانية في سوريا ، من خلال تقديم الدعم للمتضررين من النزاع وتخفيف العبء على عاتق المجتمع من خلال توفير الدعم المالي والعيني ووضع الأساس لمشاريع مستدامة في من أجل زيادة قدرة أفراد المجتمعات المحلية على الصمود في مجال الأمن الغذائي ، والمواد غير الغذائية ، و FSL ، والمواد غير الغذائية ، والتعليم ، والحماية ، والمياه والصرف الصحي ، والتغذية ، والتعافي المبكر وسبل العيش في المخيمات وخارجها..

تقديم العروض:
تقدم العروض ضمن ظرف مغلق ومختوم من قبل كل عارض يحوي مغلفين على النحو التالي:
المغلف الأول : كافة الوثائق والثبوتيات المتعلقة بالعارض او الشركة و العرض الفني بالإضافة لكل الورقيات المطلوبة للتقييم
المغلف الثاني: يتضمن الأسعار التفصيلية موضحة بالدولار أمريكي موقعاً أو مختوم من العارض/ الشركة
Submission of offers:
Offers shall be submitted in a closed and sealed envelope by each bidder, containing two envelopes as follows:
The first envelope: all documents and proofs related to the bidder or company and the technical offer In addition to all the papers required for the evaluation
The second envelope: includes the detailed prices shown in USD signed or sealed by the bidder/company
على الراغبين من الشركات والجهات القادرة على تنفيذ وتسليم المواد أو الخدمات المذكورة سحب أوراق المناقصة من الرابط التالي :

تسلم العروض بالظرف المختوم مكتوب عليه اسم العارض/ الشركة ورقم التواصل ( هاتف – ايميل) في مكاتب منظمة تكافل الشام المذكورة في الدعوة الى التقدم للمناقصة بتاريخ 04-02-2026 وسيكون التقديم ضمن أوقات الدوام الرسمية من الساعة 8.30 صباحا حتى الساعة 3:30 عصرا
The offers shall be delivered in a sealed envelope on which the name of the bidder/company is written and the contact number (phone – email) at the Takaful Al Sham offices mentioned in the ITB on 04-02-2026.
