• Submit the price offer in accordance with the conditions stated in the attached tender dossier, inside a sealed envelope stamped with the bidder’s official seal and signed.

4. Envelopes will be opened, and offers reviewed by a committee composed of the foundation’s office staff in Turkey and inside Syria, on 03-09-2025.
5. Bidders must bring the official company seal of the company owner or authorized representative to stamp and sign the Price Offer Receipt Form and tender samples form of the foundation.
