The Proposals MUST be received at the above email address by latest 14 May 2025, Wednesday at or before 10:00hrs. (Turkiye Time). Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
PRICES: All prices must be quoted in US Dollars (USD) excluding TAXES and VAT (Value Added Tax) and must be valid for 3 years.

**An online pre-bid meeting will be held via Teams Meeting for interested bidders on 30 April 2025Wednesday, 10:00hrs (Turkiye Time).
