Humanitarian Relief Association (IYD) invites qualified service providers/suppliers to apply for the following Tender:
- RFP No: IYD-027
- Type of service: Rehabilitation of damaged housing units.
- Works locations: Idlib and its countryside – Aleppo and its countryside – Hama and its countryside
- Contract Type: Long Term Contract.
Sealed proposals to be submitted to IYD offices in:
- IYD office in Idleb –Syria: the northern neighbourhood – Maarat Misrin road Building number: M-07/00802, M-07/00801
- IYD office in Al Bab -Syria: The western road, north of Souq Al-Hal, 500 meters away
Deadline for submission of proposals: Last date for bids submission is fixed on Thursday، 09-04-2026 at 15:00 Damascus / Syria local time.

تدعو هيئة الإغاثة الإنسانية IYD الشركات ومزودي الخدمة ذوي الخبرة لتقديم عروض أسعار بالظرف المختوم من أجل التعاقد لتزويد المنظمة بـــــ
- الرقم المرجعي للمناقصة: IYD-027
- الخدمة: إعادة تأهيل الوحدات السكنية المتضررة
- موقع العمل: ادلب وريفها – حلب وريفها – حماه وريفها
- طبيعة العقد: عقد طويل الأمد
يجب ان يكون العرض الفني منفصل عن العرض المالي، وتسلم العروض الى مكاتب المنظمة في كل من
- مكتب الهيئة في ادلب/ سوريا: -الحارة الشمالية -طريق معرة مصرين رقم المبنى: M-07/00802 M-07/00801
- مكتب الهيئة في الباب/سوريا: المحلق الغربي شمال سوق الهال ب ٥٠٠ متر
آخر موعد لاستلام العروض هو يوم الخميس، 09-04-2026 الساعة 15:00 بالتوقيت المحلي لمدينة دمشق / سوريا
