ILBANK (“the Beneficiary”) has received a grant from the French Development Agency (Agence Française de Développement – “AFD”), for the purpose of financing the costs of the “Municipal Services Project I” (the content of which is further described in the related RFPs). ILBANK intends to apply part of the proceeds for the recruitment of individual consultant services (“the Services”) for:
- Environmental Consultant position (AFD2-IND03).
The consultants will join ILBANK’s Project Management Unit, within its related Departments at its headquarters in Ankara, to participate in the daily tasks and activities associated with the management of the Project’s implementation, in close collaboration with ILBANK’s Regional Directorates and involved Water and Wastewater Administrations (SKIs) and Municipalities. The Services are expected to start in August 2026. The estimated duration of the Project is approximately 3 years. One-year renewable contract with a 2 (two) months’ probation period will be signed with Consultants.
