The subject of the tender:
Bahar Organization is soliciting offers from qualified providers for the renovation and rehabilitation of homes and buildings in Idlib and its subdistricts under a long-term framework agreement.
The tender is open to registered and licensed companies in Syria– The license must be specialized, non-general, relevant to the subject of the tender, valid and not expired.
