UOSSM DER invites your submission of a financial bid and would like to implement training program in creative photography linked to psychosocial support ,The Invitation to Tender (ITT) details are as follows:

You are invited to submit a quotation for the above-mentioned subject, in accordance with the documents attached.

The following documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope for your bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee (each page should be signed and stamped):

1. The attached TERMS AND REFERENCE (TOR) (Annex B) must be completed and be duly signed by an authorized company representative and submitted in accordance with (Annex C).
2. Copies of official company/organization registration documents and essential certificates.

Your Quotation should be sealed and delivered to UOSSM Der office in Turkey with following address;

OFFICE ADDRESS Yeni Mahalle Ahmet Uyan Caddesi No:4/1 Reyhanlı /Hatay

Envelope should indicate followings;

• Name of bidder,
• Tender reference number,
• Submission date.

UOSSM office opening times are 9AM – 16.30 PM Monday to Friday Turkey time.

Bids must be delivered to the above address on or before 16.30 PM on Turkey time and Quotations received after that time may not be considered by the tender committee.

Note: The office is closed during the Eid al-Adha holiday.
