Invitation to Suppliers Registration
The White Helmets organization (Syria Civil Defence) / Beyaz Baretliler Derneği is in the process of expanding its supplier list. We cordially invite interested suppliers to register with us to be included in our approved list of suppliers who will be involved in our operations. We are seeking suppliers who can provide goods or services relevant to our mission, and we require interested parties to submit their applications to demonstrate their qualifications and experience.
To express your interest in participating in this invitation, please complete the application form via the link provided below before the deadline of March 10, 2025. Please note that after this date, we will not consider any applications for inclusion in our list of suppliers for upcoming quotation processes.

When completing the electronic application, please ensure that you provide your official email address. This email address will serve as your primary contact for all future communications regarding requests for quotations and will be certified by Beyaz Baretliler Derneği / White Helmets Organization. Once submitted, this email address cannot be changed.
Evaluation: Applications from suppliers will be evaluated based on the information provided. Additionally, Beyaz Baretliler Derneği / White Helmets Organization reserves the right to conduct site visits to the supplier’s company/warehouse or conduct interviews with selected suppliers as part of the evaluation process..

ترغب منظمة الخوذ البيضاء (الدفاع المدني السوري) بتوسيع قائمة مورديها. ندعو الموردين المهتمين للتسجيل معنا ليتم تضمينهم في قائمة الموردين المعتمدين الذين سيشاركون في عمليات الشراء في المنظمة. نبحث عن موردين يمكنهم توفير السلع أو الخدمات ذات الصلة بعملنا، ونطلب من الأطراف المهتمة بهذا الإعلان تقديم طلباتهم لإثبات مؤهلاتهم وخبراتهم
