Tender Announcement: Provision of Solar Energy System for Irrigation Wells – Supply, Installation & Maintenance in Northwest Syria

The FAO Regional Office for the Near East and North Africa (RNE) has launched a bid for the Provision of Solar Energy System for irrigation wells – Supply, Installation & Maintenance on behalf of its Cross-Border Office for Northwest Syria. You are kindly invited to participate via the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) in accordance with the following guidelines.
General Description: This intervention includes:
- 200 KW Solar Power System+ Submersible pump (100Hp) + 400 kVA 0.4/20 transformer.
- 500 KW Solar Power System + 630 kVA 0.4/20 transformer.
- 375 KW Solar Power System + 400 kVA 0.4/20 transformer.
Suppliers must provide manufacturing test certificates for all supplied materials according to the technical conditions, and with regard to transformers and the submersible pump, and coordinate with FAO before shipping from the factory to conduct the necessary tests in the factory laboratories.
Delivery time: Bidders should submit a detailed work plan schedule and methodology for completing all the required works within Three (3) months from the contract signature.
Validity: Bids must remain valid with firm and fixed prices for 60 days after the Tender Closing Date.
Delivery location: Northwest Syria, Idlib Governorate, Edwan Village
Registration on UNGM (https://www.ungm.org/Vendor/Registration) is a mandatory requirement to participate in this tender.

FAO Orta Doğu ve Kuzey Afrika Bölgesel Ofisi (RNE), Kuzeybatı Suriye’deki Sınır Ötesi Ofisi adına Sulama Kuyuları İçin Güneş Enerjisi Sistemi Temini – Kurulum ve Bakım ihalesi başlatmıştır. Aşağıda belirtilen yönergelere göre Birleşmiş Milletler Küresel Pazar Yeri (UNGM) üzerinden katılmanız için davet ediliyorsunuz.
Genel Açıklama: Bu müdahale şunları içermektedir:
- 200 KW Güneş Enerjisi Sistemi + Dalgıç pompa (100Hp) + 400 kVA 0.4/20 trafosu.
- 500 KW Güneş Enerjisi Sistemi + 630 kVA 0.4/20 trafosu.
- 375 KW Güneş Enerjisi Sistemi + 400 kVA 0.4/20 trafosu.
Tedarikçiler, tüm tedarik edilen malzemeler için teknik şartnamelere uygun olarak imalat test sertifikalarını sunmalı, trafolar ve dalgıç pompa ile ilgili olarak, fabrika sevkiyatından önce FAO ile koordinasyon sağlayarak gerekli testlerin yapılmasını temin etmelidir.
Teslimat Süresi: Teklif verenler, sözleşme imzalanmasından itibaren üç (3) ay içinde gerekli tüm işleri tamamlamak için detaylı bir iş planı ve metodoloji sunmalıdır.
Geçerlilik: Teklifler, İhale Son Başvuru Tarihinden sonra 60 gün boyunca sabit fiyatlarla geçerli olmalıdır.
