Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive, professional visual identity for Takaful Al Sham that reflects its mission and objectives, as summarized above, including the following:
    • Design a new, innovative logo that is original and not copied or imitated.
    • Create a Logo Guidelines document to ensure consistency across all media materials.
    • Design a business card.
    • Design A4 stationery in both portrait and landscape formats.
    • Design a pen.
    • Design an A5 notebook.
    • Design an ID card.
    • Design paper envelopes in various sizes.
    • Design a laptop background and a mobile wallpaper.
    • Design a roll-up banner.
    • Design a versatile banner measuring 80-120 cm.
    • Design a 4-page A5 introductory brochure.
    • Design small flags to be placed on tables.
    • Design a large flag to be displayed in the office.
    • Design a hanging flag/banner for walls.
    • Design a cup.
    • Design a cardboard bag.
    • Design a cardboard folder.
    • Design social media covers (for Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter).
    • Design a template for social media posts (for Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter).
    • Design an email signature.
    • Design a PowerPoint presentation template.
  2. Establish a clear plan with a timeline and specific indicators for all phases of developing the visual identity, with ongoing follow-up.
  3. Present initial prototypes and make revisions based on the feedback provided to achieve a mutually agreed final result.
  4. Attend review and follow-up meetings.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in visual identity and brand design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or their equivalents.
  • Experience in preparing logo guidelines.
  • Mastery of graphic design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Familiarity with general German culture and the German media environment.
  • Proficiency in bilingual design (German/Arabic).
  • Knowledge of German culture and commercial standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
  • Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Prior experience working with non-profit organizations is preferred.
  • Ability to issue an invoice accepted in the EU union (Germany preferable).
