Tender Announcement: Rehabilitation of irrigation network canals and drainage system in Al-Rouge Plain in NW Syria

The FAO Regional Office for the Near East and North Africa (RNE) has launched an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Rehabilitation of irrigation network canals and drainage system in Al-Rouge Plain in Northwest Syria. You are kindly invited to participate via the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) in accordance with the following guidelines.
General Description: This intervention includes:
- Rehabilitating the damaged main parts of the irrigation network and related field infrastructure in three irrigation systems (MC1, MC2, MC3).
- Rehabilitation of the main damaged components of Al-Rouge plain drainage system and related field infrastructure (A, B, C, D) and agricultural drainage (S2B1, S3B0).
Bidders can choose to apply either for one LOT or for both LOTs. However, partial offers within each LOT are will not be accepted. Bidders must quote for the complete quantities of all items and services required under each or both LOTs.
Delivery time: Bidders should submit a detailed work plan schedule and methodology for completing all the required works within 60 Calendar days from the contract signature.
Validity: Bids must remain valid with firm and fixed prices for 60 days from submission of the offer.
Delivery location: Northwest Syria, Idlib Governorate, Edwan Village
Registration on UNGM (https://www.ungm.org/Vendor/Registration) is a mandatory requirement to participate in this tender.

Aşağıdaki yönergelere uygun olarak, Birleşmiş Milletler Küresel Pazar Yeri (UNGM) üzerinden başvurmanız rica edilmektedir.
Genel Açıklama: Bu müdahale şunları içermektedir:
Üç sulama sisteminde (MC1, MC2, MC3) sulama ağının ana parçalarının ve ilgili saha altyapısının rehabilitasyonu.
Al-Rouge ovası drenaj sisteminin ana hasar görmüş bileşenlerinin ve ilgili saha altyapısının (A, B, C, D) ve tarımsal drenajın (S2B1, S3B0) rehabilitasyonu.
Teklif verenler, her bir LOT için ya da her iki LOT için başvurmayı seçebilirler. Ancak, her LOT içinde kısmi teklifler kabul edilmeyecektir. Teklif sahipleri, her iki LOT için gerekli tüm öğelerin ve hizmetlerin tamamı için fiyat teklifinde bulunmalıdır.
Teslimat Süresi: Teklif sahipleri, sözleşme imzalanmasından itibaren tüm gerekli işleri 60 Takvim günü içinde tamamlamak için ayrıntılı bir iş planı takvimi ve metodoloji sunmalıdır.
Geçerlilik: Teklifler, teklifin sunulmasından itibaren 60 gün süreyle sabit ve belirli fiyatlarla geçerli olmalıdır.
