- Supplier Sustainability Policy
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- 50% Technical Capacity
- 10% Sustainability Capacity
- 40% Financial Capacity
Bidders are requested to thoroughly review the Invitation to Bid and all related documents and to submit their proposals in full compliance with the instructions provided.
Once all required documents have been duly completed and supported with the necessary technical documentation, proposals should be submitted electronically to [email protected] email address.

Please note that the deadline for bid submission is 12 November 2026 at 17:00 (GMT+3).
Proposals submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid.
