Framework Agreement Graphic Design, Editing and Proofreading Services
The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is looking for reputable companies that can provide Graphic Design, Editing and Proofreading services. The interested service providers are invited to submit their bids in English language to participate in the tender.
The Framework Agreement shall be for a period of 1 year, with a possibility of extension for additional required period based on the same rates, terms and conditions by mutual consent of both the parties.
Overall Services
We are looking for an agency/company to provide high-quality graphic design services for the IFRC Türkiye Delegation. Through high-quality design for the research, reports, or any other external product, we would like to contribute to IFRC’s overall positioning in the humanitarian aid sector as well as help protect its global branding. In particular, the graphic designers will mostly produce products similar to the below:
1. New report and publications
2. Report layout according to the existing templates
3.Charts, infographics, presentations, illustrations
4. Social media cards, GIFs and similar assets
5. Corporate items such as leaflets, brochures, invitations, banners, roll-ups, etc.
6. New year cards, calendars, notebooks, folders and bags
7. Any ad-hoc requests in addition to the above
We are also looking for an agency/company to provide high-quality editing and proofreading services for the IFRC Türkiye Delegation.
1. Report, publications, guidelines, surveys, website content, any written product
2. Charts, infographics, presentations
3. Corporate items such as leaflets, brochures, etc.
4. Any ad-hoc requests in addition to the above
