Framework Agreement Video Production and Photography Services
The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is looking for reputable companies that can provide Video Production and Photography services. The interested service providers are invited to submit their bids in English language to participate in the tender.
The Framework Agreement shall be for a period of 1 year, with a possibility of extension for additional required period based on the same rates, terms and conditions by mutual consent of both the parties.
Overall Services
The IFRC is looking for a Service Provider/Agency to provide video production, photo gathering and post-production services for IFRC communication activities in Türkiye based on needs and work-plans. For this purpose, IFRC shall contract production service providers taking into consideration varying styles and availability.
It will be assumed that the service provider is in Türkiye and holds the responsibility to ensure all permissions to work in the country.
All original and produced materials will be handed over to IFRC and will remain IFRC property.
Each work assignment shall be discussed in advance and a specific purchase order describing the nature of the job request, timeframe and budget, shall be issued. Assignments will be requested and managed by the Communication Department in the IFRC Turkiye Delegation.
Service provider is required to travel to the provinces across Türkiye where IFRC projects are implemented. The period allocated for recording, editing, and delivery of video and photographic materials following a request by IFRC – provided that the filming date has been confirmed – will be agreed with IFRC. The filming date will be determined by IFRC, based on the availability of project partners and participants.
