SRD Sosyal Refah Dernegi would like to invite you to participate in the Medicines & medical consumables by sharing with us your Company legal documents ( vergi levhası, faaliyet belgesi…etc), previous experience, and Financial offer.

– All offers will be issued in US Dollars but the payment will be in US Dollars only through Ziraat Bankası or Turkish Lira at the exchange rate of Ziraat Bankası bank on the invoice date ONLY (we can’t accept any offer in any other Currency.
Completed quotation should contain the following components:
– Signed and stamped all Tender documents IS A MUST.
– The validity period shall be no less than one year.
– Medicines of Chinese, Indian, or Iranian origin shall not be accepted. Preference shall be given to pharmaceutical products and medicines of European, American, Turkish, or Syrian national origin.
– Specifications for all items, including medicines, are mandatory for the technical evaluation.
– The deadline is the 10the of July 2026 at 23:59 Turkey Time.
– The supplier is responsible for delivering the order to SRD warehouse – Azaz in North Syria, all costs and paperwork are the supplier’s responsibility.
– If any item requires special storage conditions, the supplier is responsible for maintaining these conditions until the delivery point.
