PURPOSE OF THE CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST:  

Structural review and recalculation of a hospital under construction in the Middle East

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING FILES 20th December 2024 – 18:00hs.

 

As part of its mission in Syria, Syria Relief and Development – SRD wants to launch a call for expressions of interest for the identification and pre-selection of leading engineering companies that can ensure:

A full structural review and recalculation of a hospital under construction

The project includes:

 

40 bed maternity / paediatric Hospital with basement, ground floor, 1st floor. Total of 1835 sqm.

The building is already under construction:

·         Foundation and basement are constructed (reinforced concrete walls with embedded columns)

·         The remaining elements of the building needs to be reviewed, which are currently proposed in reinforced masonry system for the walls with reinforced concrete slabs.

A full structural review/ recalculation, including the necessary structural redesign is needed.

Immediate collaboration would be needed. Further project information will be shared with selected parties.

Any application submitted beyond this date will be rejected.

The documentation needs to be submitted digitally to [email protected] all files preferably by PDF.

 

It should be noted that only companies that meet at least the criteria indicated in the annexes and providing the relevant documents at the time of the submission, will be pre-selected and considered for a more thorough evaluation before being invited to participate in the call for tenders.

 

The documents will be originals or certified by the competent authorities.

An incomplete file could lead to the participant’s immediate elimination.

 

Only the successful parties for the next phase will be contacted by email within a period of 15 days after the deadline for the filing of files in order to be informed about how to submit the Call for Tenders File.
