ESP Nedir?
Mikro Kobiler için Girişimci Destek Programı
YTÜ Yıldız Teknopark, Birleşmiş Milletler Uluslararası Çalışma Örgütü (ILO) Türkiye Ofisi iş birliği ile mikro KOBİ’ler için Girişim Destek Programı’nı (ESP’yi) hayata geçirerek, mikro işletmelere eğitim, mentorluk, iş ağı kurma ve %100 hibe destekleri verecektir.
ESP, ABD Dışişleri Bakanlığı Nüfus, Mülteciler ve Göç Bürosu (USPRM) tarafından finanse edilen, Uluslararası Çalışma Örgütü (ILO) tarafından yürütülen “İnsana Yakışır Geçim Fırsatlarıyla Dayanıklılığı ve Sosyal Uyumu Destekleme Projesi “kapsamında gerçekleştirilmektedir.
İnsana Yakışır Geçim Fırsatlarıyla Dayanıklılığı ve Sosyal Uyumu Destekleme Projesinin genel hedefi, insana yakışır işe erişimin yanı sıra, insana yakışır iş ilkelerine dayanan kapsayıcı ekonomik büyümeyi destekleyerek, mülteciler ve ev sahibi toplulukların dayanıklılık ve sosyal uyumunu güçlendirmektir.
ESP Detayları
- ESP, hibe ve teknik destek bileşenlerinden oluşmaktadır.
- Hibe bileşeni kapsamında İstanbul, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Adana, Mersin, Kahramanmaraş ve Hatay illerinde 15 mikro KOBİ’ye hibe desteği sağlanacaktır
- Teknik destek bileşeni kapsamında işletmelere kapasite geliştirme seminerleri ile toplamda 60 saat mentorluk desteği verilecektir.

What is ESP?
Enterprise Support Programme
YTU Yıldız Technopark in cooperation with the United Nations International Labour Organization (ILO) Turkey Office will launch the Enterprise Support Programme (ESP) for micro SMEs, providing training, mentoring, business networking and 100% grant support to micro SMEs.
ESP is implemented within the scope of the “Supporting Resilience and Social Cohesion with Decent Livelihood Opportunities Project” implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and funded by the US Department of State Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (USPRM).
The overall objective of the “Supporting Resilience and Social Cohesion with Decent Livelihood Opportunities Project” is to strengthen the resilience and social cohesion of refugees and host communities by supporting access to decent work as well as inclusive economic growth based on decent work principles.
ESP Details
- ESP consists of grant and technical support components.
Within the scope of the grant component, grant support will be provided to 15 micro SMEs in Istanbul, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Adana, Mersin, Kahramanmaraş and Hatay provinces. - Within the scope of the technical support component, businesses will be provided with capacity development seminars and a total of 60 hours of mentoring support.
