SORULARINIZ İÇİN / FOR INQUERIES
Bidders must submit their questions in writing by e-mail to procurement.turkey@savethechildren.org before 17:00 (Turkey Time) 30 May 2024. In the subject of the e-mail it should be mentioned: “Inquiry – ITT-TUR-2024-009 – Bidder Name”.
İlgilenen teklif sahipleri sorularını 30 Mayıs 2024 saat 17:00’ye (TSİ) kadar procurement.turkey@savethechildren.org adresine e-posta yoluyla yazılı olarak iletmelidir. E-postanın konusunda “Inquiry – ITT-TUR-2024-009 – Firma Adı”. belirtilmelidir:
TEKLİF SUNUMU / SUBMISSION OF BID
Interested bidders must submit the requested documents no later than 17:00 (TSİ) 03 June 2024 to tender.turkey@savethechildren.org by e-mail.
- The subject of the email should be “ITT-TUR-2024-009/Bidder Response – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
- All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
- Emails should not exceed 15mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails.
- Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.
Electronic Bidding by ProSave:
- Bidders can submit their offers through ProSave system instead of e-mail. You may find the instructions in the attached.
İlgilenen teklif sahiplerinin istenen belgeleri en geç 03 Haziran 2024 saat 17:00’ye (TSI) kadar tender.turkey@savethechildren.org adresine e-posta ile göndermeleri gerekmektedir.
- E-postanın konusu “I ITT-TUR-2024-009 /Bidder Response – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date'” olmalıdır.
- Ekli tüm belgeler, her bir dosyanın neyle ilgili olduğunun anlaşılabilmesi için açıkça etiketlenmelidir.
- E-postalar 15mb’ı geçmemelidir – dosya boyutları büyükse, lütfen gönderimi iki e-postaya bölün.
- Teklifinizi geçersiz kılacağından, gönderirken diğer SCI e-posta adreslerini e-postaya kopyalamayın.
ProSave ile Elektronik Teklif Verme:
- İstekliler tekliflerini e-posta yerine ProSave sistemi üzerinden verebilirler. Talimatları ekte bulabilirsiniz.
