| RBH aims to sign a long-term agreement with a service provider to implement restoration and rehabilitation work on buildings and homes, as well as construction activities, throughout all Syrian governorates.
Annexes and terms are attached.
The long-term agreement will be limited to a specific maximum amount and a limited duration starting from the date of signature till 31 December 2027. The supplier is obligated to conduct all the purchase orders issued under this agreement, which includes the work details, the delivery places, and a schedule, and the supplier must complete the work within the required schedule
•The sealed offer must be written on it the bidder’s name + company + contact information, and deliver it at the office of Rahma Bila Hudood at the address: Damascus – Mazzeh Eastern Villas – next to Al-Shafi’i Mosque park The deadline for submission of tenders is 14:00 on 25-06-2026. تهدف مؤسسة رحمة بلا حدود إلى توقيع إتفاقية طويلة الأجل مع مزوّد خدمة لتنفيذ أنشطة أعمال الترميم وإعادة تأهيل الأبنية والمنازل وأعمال الإنشاءات في كامل محافظات سوريا

ستكون الإتفاقية طويلة الأجل محددة بحد أعلى لقيمة التعاقد الإطاري ومحددة بمدة زمنية تبدأ من وقت التعاقد وحتى 31 كانون الأول 2027 ويلتزم المورد بتنفيذ جميع أوامر الشراء تحت هذه الإتفاقية والذي يتضمن الأعمال مع أماكنها وعلى المورد إنجاز الأعمال ضمن الجدول الزمني المطلوب
