1. General Directorate of Bursa Water and Wastewater Administration (BUSKİ) has received financing from the European Investment Bank toward the cost of the “Urban Infrastructure Projects II” and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Supply and Installation of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment for İznik Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Capacity Increase”
2. General Directorate of Bursa Water and Wastewater Administration (BUSKİ) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Installation of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment for İznik Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Capacity Increase. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of high-capacity wastewater treatment equipment such as 28 submerged membrane modules, a package-type pre-treatment unit (250 m³/h), a centrifugal decanter, a magnetic bearing turbo blower, and a polymer preparation unit (4,000 L/h, 3-chamber, stainless steel), among others.
3. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedure using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in EIB Guide to procurement, July 2024 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

5. The complete bidding documents are available on EKAP (Electronic Public Procurement Platform) and the Administration website, and can be reviewed by any interested party online. (downloading of the tender documents is free)
On request, the Bidding Documents may be sent via e-mail The sub-borrower bears no responsibility for the delivery in such cases.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15/06/2026 10:00 a.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 15/06/2026 10:15 a.m.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security[1] of at an amount not less than the three percent (3%) of the amount offered by the Bidder.

[1] For the conversion of the bid security amount, the exchange rates to be applied shall be the foreign currency selling rates established for similar transactions and officially announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye at 15:30 hours on the relevant date. The applicable exchange rate date shall be the last business day falling twenty-eight (28) days prior to the bid opening date. The exchange rates of the Central Bank can be found at www.tcmb.gov.tr.”
