Referring to the tender invitation on 15 March 2024, The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) invites Companies to submit their quotations for: “Regional Framework Agreement for Shelter Tool Kits and Individual Items – Asia Pacific” with the updated schedule as below:
The deadline for submission of price quotations is now 7 May 2024 at 14:00 hrs (local Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia time) instead of the originally requested 18th April 2024. Please note that your quotation must be received before the above-mentioned deadline and forwarded by e-mail to kl.bidreceiving@ifrc.org
Quotations received after the deadline may not be considered.
The deadline for reception of Shelter Tool Kit samples is now 6 May 2024 at 15:00 hrs (local Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia time) instead of the originally requested 17th April 2024. Please observe and follow the details/instructions in the RFQN-MYRLU-24-0007 and Annexes.
It is strongly recommended that this invitation to Bid document and its annexes are read thoroughly. Failure to observe the information and conditions laid out here may impact the evaluation process.
